Sam is a competitive shooter who holds the title of Grand Master in Carry Optics and Limited Optics in USPSA, recently placing 5th at the 2025 USPSA Factory Gun Nationals in Carry Optics. Sam started his pistol shooting journey in 2019 when he began practicing with his carry gun. Several years later, Sam found competitive shooting and shot his first USPSA match. Sam quickly realized that the most talented shooters were avid competitors, putting their skills to the test at matches all over the country. Sam credits his success to intentional and purposeful live and dry fire and brings this to his classes to help students hone their skills.
